• By submitting an order, you agree without reservation to these Terms and Conditions.

• These Terms and Conditions enter into effect from the day they are published on the seller’s website.



1)      CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The goods are made to order, according to the customer’s wishes. The seller sets the final price of the ordered goods in advance, including the costs for the delivery of the goods. The purchase contract is concluded by confirmation of the agreed conditions by the buyer to the email address info@patchers.cz. The conclusion of the purchase contract creates a purchase obligation to pay for the ordered goods. The goods are made to order, so payment in advance is required.

To order goods, the buyer fills out the order form or sends the order to info@patchers.cz. The order mainly contains information about the ordered goods (product, size, material, color) and delivery (together referred to as the “order”).

After sending the order, payment instructions and instructions on how to prepare the materials will be sent to the buyer’s email. Subsequently, the buyer sends the materials from which he wants to create the keepsake.


By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these terms and conditions and that he agrees with them.

The contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer is established by the delivery of the acceptance of the order, which is sent by the seller to the buyer by e-mail, to the e-mail address of the buyer.

The buyer acknowledges that the seller is not obliged to enter into a purchase contract, especially with persons who have previously violated the purchase contract (including terms and conditions).

The order can be canceled no later than 24 hours after the confirmation of the order by email.


2)     PAYMENT TERMS

If the buyer sends their materials via the delivery service Zasilkovna, we cover the postage. The price of the product and the costs of delivery of the final product must be paid by transfer to the seller’s bank account 2102502027/2010 at FIO banka a. s. (hereinafter referred to as the “seller’s account”). The purchase price is payable within 7 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract. The delivery period of the goods begins on the day of receipt of payment to the seller’s account. Due to custom production, we produce and ship goods only after receiving payment.

The seller issues a tax document – an invoice – to the buyer. The invoice will be sent by email to the buyer’s email address.


3)     WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

We offer goods that are made to order, according to the customer’s wishes. Withdrawal can be canceled no later than 24 hours after confirming the order by email.


4)     TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

The goods offered by the seller are not in stock and are made to order. The buyer will be informed in advance of the approximate delivery time (approx. 3-6 weeks). Within this period, the goods will be sent to the buyer. The buyer will be informed about the delivery date by email. The material from which the goods will be made will be sent by the buyer to the pre-arranged address of the seller via cash on delivery. The finished goods will be sent to the address of the Zasilkovna specified by the buyer when ordering the goods.


5)      LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS, WARRANTY

We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for our products unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part. Some products may vary in appearance depending on the material used (eg how flexible it is) and we cannot guarantee that your product will look exactly like the photos on our site.


6)     PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data of the buyer is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.

By sending the order, the buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data.

The buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of a change in his personal data.

By sending the order, the buyer agrees to include his data in the seller’s database.

The seller undertakes not to provide this data to third parties (except for persons transporting the goods).

The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data. The buyer declares that he has been informed that he can revoke his consent to the processing of personal data in relation to the seller by written notice delivered to the seller’s address.



These Terms and Conditions enter into force on November 1, 2023
